Staff cohesion and open communication are the key elements of our success here at Bellevue.
The ability for residents to communicate their needs to staff and for staff to implement these needs are encouraged at every level. Creative direction from staff is fostered through our GURU program. GURU’S are key personnel identified in the facility that communicate and coordinate the daily tasks and ensure ‘best practice standards’.
They are also our ‘point of contact’ for staff and residents alike to advocate their ideas and aspirations into outcomes and results. Measurement of these results are monitored and measured by our continuous improvement cycle, which is overseen by the Management Team.
